This wine is crafted from 90+ year-old vines in the La Fuente area of Requena, at 700m above sea level and on red clay soils. It is a pure, delicate expression of the variety, achieved through rigorous artisanal methods: Whole-cluster treading in historic stone winepresses. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and gentle manual cap work. Aged 9 months in used French oak and bottled unfiltered.
