Cold maceration for 4-5 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation. Slate soils. Aged 3-5 months in oak barrels. Hand-pressed.
Cooked red berries with notes of cocoa. Red fruits on the nose with an undeniable forest aroma. Fresh, fruity with good acidity and soft tannins.
