Slate soil. Cold maceration in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in vats. Hand-pressed. Aged 6 to 9 months in French oak barrels.

Full-bodied, well-structured and well-balanced fruit and wood. Sweet tannins. On the nose, hints of black fruits and a touch of spice. Also some floral notes.
