The malolactic fermentation takes place in the same oak vats and concrete tanks where it rests for 9 months.

Deep, bright ruby colour. Intense and complex on the nose. Aromas of black fruits, balsamic notes and hints of rockrose and bush. Very rounded and deep. Good freshness and acidity and well-balanced between spicy notes, cocoa and fruit.
