Maceratd for 40 days. Malolactic fermentation in French barrels where it rests for 14 months.

Cherry colour and bright. Intense red fruits accompanied by toasted and mineral notes. In the mouth, delicate and fresh, with a hint of sweetness, but by no means sweet. Smoky and spicy tones.
