Sandy-loam soil accompanied by a conglomerate of quartzite and fragments of quartz and slate. Fermented in French oak barrels where it remails on its lees for up to 12 months, with periodic bâtonnage.
Straw yellow colour with golden touches. Aromas of white flowers, citrus and aniseed. Light, fresh and vibrant on the palate with hints of citrus and pastry notes.
