A semi-soft cows milk cheese, unctuous texture with lactic aromas. Buttery and nutty flavour which intensifies the closer you get to the rind. This cheese start its life as a 'Nata de Cantabria P.D.O' but the affinage is carried out by Queseria Cultivo in Valladolid.
