The clean juice with fine lees ferments in stainless steel tanks and the juice with thick lees in French oak barrels. When the weather changes (around April) both wines are blended and bottled.
Golden colour. Succulent aromas of honey, banana, pineapple and spices. Full-bodied with a fresh entry, yet complex.
