Adeus: Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for 2 months and 1 more month in the bottle.
Stone fruits such as apricots and peaches. Lively, fresh, with a wide and persistent aftertaste.

Cencibel: A medium-bodied wine. 5 days cold maceration. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and bottled afterwards.
Red fruit aroma over a mineral background. Good density, structured and balanced with a velvety touch and a long aftertaste.
