An old Garnacha made with stalks and whole clusters fermented with stalks and whole clusters in stainless steel. This is a total carbo bomb without malolactic fermentation.
 
This wine reflects the character of the region, with an aromatic profile that stands out for its notes of ripe red fruits and spicy touches. On the palate, it offers a balanced and deep flavour, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
