They elaborate each grape separately and blended at the end. Aged for 9 months in 2 or 3 year old French oak barrels.
 
On the nose candied red fruit and spices that intermingle. Smoked notes and licorice. Chocolates. Surrounding and silky entrance. Fresh fruit jam, cherries, plums, peach. A well balanced wine.
