Wine made from selected batches from 4 different vintages: 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2016, which were lightly wood-baked for about 20 days. Aging: 3 months of passage through wood, since the barrel already had a previous use, the production is that of red wines.

Nose: Fresh red and black fruits (cherry, blueberry) .This is quickly contrasted by blue flowers and black pepper. The fresh fruit evolves toward caramel, smoke, and warmth, while maintaining a lively, fresh character supported by balsamic and Mediterranean herbs. Elegant oak integrates beautifully, resulting in a sweet, complex bouquet.

Palate: A velvety, appealing entry of fresh blue flowers, subtle spices (cinnamon), and ripe red/black fruit. The texture is soft, yet the wine retains excellent freshness and balance due to its bright acidity.
