Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in French and American oak barrels. Aged 12 months in oak barrels and 6 more in the bottle.
On the nose, liquorice and ripe red fruits. Mineral, with lactic aromas. Velvety and light palate. Well integrated acidity and alcohol.
