Old Vines. Destemmed and lightly crushed.  Fermentation at 75F, 3-week maceration with occasional pump overs and punch downs. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months.

The nose presents a fresh and crisp aroma where red fruits predominate, enriched by delicate mineral and balsamic notes. Its intensity is honest and captivating. On the palate, it offers good structure with a smooth and elegant mouthfeel. It stands out for its broad finish and excellent balance, leaving a fresh, fruity memory that invites you to continue sipping.
