Both grapes come from 0.6 hectare vineyard, planted in the 40s, with more than eleven varieties, currently in organic cultivation. Alcoholic fermentation for 20 days at room temperature in the cellar, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrels. Rest in the bottle for two years before going on the market.

 

Very powerful aromas, floral, violet, tulip. Mineral character, with notes of ink and flint. It evolves into fruit in the form of jam. Tannic taste, somewhat rustic but efficient and refreshing due to the acidity.
