Naturally dried whole bunches, destemmed without pressing. Fermented in stainless steel for 10 days. Hand harvest. 

Intense cherry colour, vivid garnet edge, high layer. On the nose noteds of candied fruit, toffee, toasted, passified fruit, caramel, cocoa. On the palate well structure, intense, creamy, fresh, persistent.
