From 65 year old vines. Hand harvested. Approx. 4 hours pre-ferment on their skins. Fermentation in bottle.


On the nose we got wild flowers, citrus and stone fruits, followed by flavors of grapefruit, lemon, apricot and pear. On the palate fresh, small bubbles, smooth a delight to the palate.
