After destemming, the must underwent a three-week infusion maceration with gentle daily punch-downs. The wine was extracted using a manual vertical press (medium yield), followed by four months of aging in stainless steel tanks. It rested in the bottle for a minimum of six months before release.

 

This wine displays a distinctive Atlantic profile, offering aromas of vegetal notes, red fruits, and subtle spice. Saline in character, it stands out for its freshness and fluidity on the palate, finishing with a fruity and spicy aftertaste.
