Grown at 900 meters on limestone soils, this wine is the product of high-altitude viticulture that honors the local flora and fauna.
The fruit is hand-harvested in late October using small 12kg crates to ensure the berries remain intact. To guarantee absolute quality, we perform a double selection of the clusters—first in the heart of the vineyard and again at the winery. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels
