EXTREMO (2019) (Organic & Natural) - Variety Verdejo, Viogner Origin Valencia. Aged 4 months in French oak barrels on lees. Fresh, aromatic and fragrant on the nose. Stone and tropical fruit, flowers and herbaceous notes.
‘7’ LAR DE MAIA (2017) (Organic & Natural) - Variety Tempranillo Origin Castilla y León
Hand-harvested. Aged in new French and American oak barrels between 14-16 months. Bottle aged for another 12 months. Intense cherry red. On the nose with hints of liquorice and black fruits, topped with subtle notes of vanilla and coffee. On the palate black and red berries with roasted coffee notes and spice from barrel ageing. Fresh and powerful on the palate, well structured, with good ageing potential in bottle.
SILIUS BUCCE (2020) (Natural / 1,200 bottles per year) - Variety Godello Origin Quiroga, Lugo, Galicia
The clean juice with fine lees ferments in stainless steel tanks and the juice with thick lees in French oak barrels. When the weather changes, both wines are blended and bottled. Beautiful golden colour. Aromas of honey, banana, pineapple and spices.
‘5’ LAR DE MAIA (2017) (Organic & Natural) - Variety Tempranillo Origin Castillo y León
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel (80%) & oak casks (20%). Aged 16 months in French oak casks and two years in the bottle. Fresh & well balanced, sweet sensations of vanilla, red fruits and liquorice.
CASTRO E CADELA (2020) (Natural) - Variety Mencia Origin D.O. Ribeira Sacra
Vines averaging 50 years old. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months. Fresh, clear aromas of red fruits, dark chocolate with final mineral and balsamic notes. Intense with good structure and smooth entry, a very well-balanced wine.
SON DE ARRIERO BLANCO (2021) (Natural) - Variety 92% Treixadura, 4% Lado, 4% Origin D.O. Ribeiro
Fermentation in stainless steel. Malolactic. Intense aromas predominantly of citric fruits and pineapple. Also pear in syrup and subtle notes of bay leaf. This wine is fresh, ample with elegant acidity.
